Easter 2020 School holiday Program
- Boys and Girls 5 years & above, no previous experience is required.
- Bookings essential.
- Our Fitness holiday programs is perfect for parents looking for a dynamic and exciting activity days for their child during the upcoming school holidays.
- We have a limited spots per camp and children are grouped according to age and ability. A minimum of 3 days per week is required.
- $60 per child per day.
- Dates:Week 1, April 13th, 14th & 15th, Week 2, April 20th, 21st & 23rd
Our camps include a variety of stimulating physical and motor-skill development with training techniques to increase their physical and mental strength while utilising multiple equipment & games lead by our qualified female team of instructors
Please pack a healthy morning tea & lunch, water and towel
HOLIDAY CAMP DAILY STRUCTURE
- 8:45am – Arrive Sign In
- 9am – Warm Up, Games and Rules
- 9:15am – Two 20 min functional training session with break in between
- 10am – Break & Snack
- 10:30 am – Second Planned Activity Boxing techniques and training
- 11:15am – Break
- 11:30am – team games – Core Exercises – cool down – stretching
- 12:15pm -Lunch
- 12:45pm pack up – revision session of the days training
- 1pm – Home Time Sign Out
